This policy explains what information SiteCount collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. SiteCount is a material-takeoff and job-costing app for electrical contractors, operated by Spark Forward Electric in Ontario, Canada.
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and phone number. As you use the app we store the material lists, jobs, catalogue items, and job costings you create. We also keep basic usage logs (such as sign-in times and feature usage) to operate and improve the service. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
We use your information to provide the app, sync your jobs across your devices, send transactional messages such as password resets and material lists you choose to email, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
We rely on trusted third parties to run SiteCount, including a cloud database and authentication provider, an email delivery provider, and a payment processor. These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information.
You can access and update your account details in the app, unsubscribe from marketing email, and request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
